This policy covers all addresses within the European Union.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders within the European Union will be displayed at checkout. Costs may vary based on the destination and the shipping options selected. If you can't see the shipping option at the checkout, please contact our support team via email at support@lametric.com

All prices include VAT applicable to EU customers. 

Address change 

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the product is en route.

Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers that may also delay delivery times.

Additional Information:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • When shipping to forwarding companies, there is an increased risk of non-delivery or lost packages, as the final delivery is managed by a third party. We also normally do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Boxes), distribution centers, airports or hotels. We will not be liable for any issues related to non-delivery or loss once the order is dispatched.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or building management, as well as any secure locations where the carrier may have left the package.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. After the order being cancelled you will get a full refund.

We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

Failed/Refused Delivery

Any costs related to a failed or a refused delivery (if charged by the delivery courier) are at customer’s expense. 

Re-sending orders will incur additional charges (shipping cost fee).
